COMMISSION A CUSTOM PIECE OF ART
Quickly selecting the perfect size cuts down on project time and stress and will smoothly guide our project. The first step is to send me an inquiry email with a room image. I will then send you a digital mockup of size options for your space. From these options, we work together to make sure we have the perfectly sized piece for your project. *
2.) STYLE + MEDIUM
Next, we will discuss which of my three styles you'd like for me to use on your custom art (painterly realism, expressive and messy, or abstract). From there, I can recommend materials or painting medium (oil, acrylic, or mixed media) that would best for your project for you to choose from.
Once we have all that determined, I will ask you for two colors you would like in your painting. Using these, along with any additional room images/ color swatches with which you need me to coordinate, I will then create a small mockup of your piece with a custom color palette to best compliment your space.
This is so helpful for you to visualize your piece! When your mockup is complete, I will send you a digital rendering of the potential painting on your wall. Once you approve the mockup, I will begin your painting. Through each phase of the painting, I will send you progress photos along the way. On the last phase, I will invite you, if local, to my studio so you may see the piece in-person before I complete the final 10% of the painting.
5.) FINAL PIECE
Final paintings are created from the mockup and, when dry, are available for pickup in San Diego or shipped to your home via FedEx Ground. All paintings arrive ready to hang so you can easily display your anticipated piece on the wall as soon as it is in your hands! You will also receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
* Average time from payment to completion: 3 - 4 weeks. Once the perfect size is determined, I will set up a payment link.
